Position: Toddler Play Facilitator

Role Title: Toddler Play Facilitator

Contract: Casual

Hours: Available 4 to 6 hours a week (with the possibility of more hours)

Person Statement

Skills:

Knowledge of evidence-based early development and play
Knowledge and experience in early childhood and early parenting and family contexts
Strong written and verbal communication skills for general audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Self-management skills and ability to prioritise
Strong computer literacy
Experience and knowledge using Google Suite of applications, Zoom, Canva, Facebook and Instagram

Role Statement

Tasks:

Be available in person (– specifically seeking in Adelaide) to facilitate our toysort service and online toy shopping consults
Help families to declutter, categorise and set up toys to suit their child’s age and stage of development.
Empower parents how best to support their toddlers wellbeing through knowledge of toddler play

Qualifications:

Qualified Early Childhood Professional or trained Educator or other suitable qualifications welcome
